Kedar has over 28 years of industry experience in varied disciplines of architecture including commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, residential, green Interior and urban planning. He has worked with renowned architectural organizations in India and UK. He has exposure to advanced construction technologies practised in UK and Europe and was a part of their design team of BREEM rated award winning projects.
He aims to bring innovations in architectural projects. He excels in designing climate responsive buildings and implementation of passive strategies to reduce energy demand. He specializes in value engineering for energy efficiency measures. He is proficient in implementation and quantification of passive strategies in architectural design. Revalidation of outcomes derived by energy simulation software and knowledge of green building rating systems are his core strengths. Architectural and engineering solutions recommended by him warrant a good return on investment. Kedar assists clients to develop an integrated design approach for attaining energy efficient solutions.

Simran has completed her Bachelors degree with specialization in interior design. She strongly believes that creation is a powerful skill, an intriguing ability evolving from our originalities and perspectives. It is her credence that by formulating our own unique creations, we can endeavor to create a parallel between our imagination and the world in which we live. She is passionate about architecture and interior design which acts as a catalyst for inspiration. This flames a sense of ambition and desire. Simran has a good sense of aesthetic and eye for detailing. She experiments architectural design principals with a scientific approach towards creativity.
